AdiBags - Soulbound

For those using AdiBags who want to have soulbound items in a separate group. Optionally it can be chosen to only filter equippable items. This can help for later filtering into e.g. BoE, Visuals, etc.

If the conditions apply, the item is put in the "Soulbound" category. Any other items are not affected.

For efficiency reasons the Addon does not use Tooltip scanning, but regular API function calls.
