Snow's Adibags Dragonflight Elementals Filter

Super simple addon to add a new "Elementals" category used in filtering in order to move all of the "Rousing" and "Awakened" elementals into their own section for clarity.

Also included an Adibags configuration section in order to activate/deactivate this behavior.
