Addon Compartment Buttons is a lightweight addon that shows icons for addons that are registered in the Addon Compartment in a movable bar.
Hide the icon bar by left click on the drag bar.
Drag and Drop the icon bar by holding left mouse button on the drag bar.
Drag and Drop the icon bar by holding left mouse button on the drag bar.
Change the side of the menu by CTRL + LEFT CLICK on the button.
