Adaptive Rotation Trainer 0.2.64 focuses on cleaning up the spell lists used by the Builder, Spells tab, and talent-build spell collection.

This release removes profession, system, and non-combat spellbook entries from the available spell lists so users see cleaner and more relevant class/spec rotation options.

### Builder Available Spell List

The Builder available spell list now hides profession and system skills that are not useful for rotation building.

This makes the right-side Builder spell list cleaner and easier to use.

### Spells Tab Cleanup

The Spells tab / spell database view now applies the same cleanup logic, reducing clutter from non-combat entries.

### Talent-Build Spell Collection

The cached talent-build spell collection now filters out profession and system entries before showing them as available Builder spells.

## Safety Notes

Adaptive Rotation Trainer remains a safe post-combat analysis, planning, and export assistant.

ART does not:

- cast spells automatically
- choose abilities in real time
- bypass the Global Cooldown
- rewrite macros during combat
- perform protected actions
- automate gameplay
- use unsafe cross-class or cross-spec export fallbacks

The 0.2.64 filtering only affects which spells are displayed as available spell choices. It does not automate combat or alter protected gameplay behavior.
