ActionBar Recolor

Based on TullaRange but improved in several aspects.

This addon changes the color of spells on action bars depending on target range and resource availability.

It can differentite between mana, rage, and energy.

Each status can be toggled independantly.

Each status has its own color and opacity settings, as well as separate default options.
