Bump Interface to 120105 for WoW patch 12.1.5

Addon code was scanned against the 12.1.5 API changes; no removed or
re-signatured API is used, so only the TOC Interface version needed
updating.

    chore(toc): bump Interface to 120105 for patch 12.1.5

    Scanned all addon code against the 12.1.5 API changes: no removed or
    re-signatured API is used. Animation groups exist only inside Libs
    (LibCustomGlow, self-made frames), so the new CustomAuraButton
    forbidden aspects do not apply.
