• Rip out the tentative bar addon support
  The bar addons typically don't make their ActionButtons until it's too late
  to create AuraSlots. A precreated pool of AuraSlot might work. You can't
  ClearAllPoints() them under restrictions but you can (so far, I think)
  SetPoint and SetScale during PLAYER_LOGIN but before combat lockdown.
• More efficent disable red auras when target is friendly
