What's new
Achievement Ledger 3.1.0
Changes since 2.4.6:
Sorting and controls
- Added sorting by the date each achievement was tracked.
- Added sorting by proximity to completion.
- Added persistent tracking dates for newly tracked achievements.
- Existing tracked achievements receive an initial date because World of
Warcraft does not expose their original tracking date.
- Added an Ascending/Descending control and positioned the sorting controls on
the right side of the interface.
- Ascending sorts progress from lowest to highest; Descending places
achievements closest to completion at the top.
- Replaced the abbreviated ASC and DESC labels with the full Ascending and
Descending labels.
- Removed the search and category controls to keep the interface streamlined
around Blizzard's native limit of 10 tracked achievements.
Progress display
- Corrected multi-criteria achievements such as The Diplomat to show completed
objectives, such as 1 / 3, instead of summed internal reputation values.
- Single-criterion achievements continue to show detailed numeric progress.
- Improved Closest to Complete sorting by considering partial progress inside
multi-criteria achievements while preserving the completed-objective display.
Compatibility and reliability
- Replaced the hard-coded fourth achievement tab with a uniquely named,
dynamically assigned tab for better compatibility with other achievement
addons.
- Registered the dynamic tab through Blizzard's required numbered
AchievementFrameTabN lookup.
- Fixed a startup failure related to dynamic tab registration.
- Declared ElvUI as an optional dependency for more reliable integration load
order.
- Avoided rebuilding the list while the Tracked panel is hidden.
Performance and code quality
- Debounced rapid criteria and content-tracking events into one next-frame
refresh.
- Removed duplicate refreshes from content-tracking hooks.
- Reused achievement information instead of requesting it twice during each
refresh.
- Removed duplicate panel-opening refreshes.
- Removed unreachable filtered-empty-state and filtered-count branches.
