Marked as up to date for patch 12.1.5. The moon marker is pale blue now, so it doesn't look like the skull anymore. Blue and purple markers on the cross and the arrows show their own color too, where before they came out muddy over the ring's gold art.

First version. Vashnik gets a cross through your character around each Plague Froth, and Sszorak gets a radar where you click the winds and two arrows per Venomous Surge that point at the drop spots. The radar comes up when you target Sszorak and goes away once he's dead. Heroic and Mythic only for now.
