Changes for everyone:
* Clicking "Request" for a token will now open a tooltip for selecting one of the token's items, if you haven't selected one already. If only one of the token's items is usable, it'll automatically be selected.
* In the "Item History" tab of the main window, you can now right-click an item and select "Show item" to view it in the "Items" tab. Helpful for tokens, if you want to see the token's items.

Changes for officers:
* The settings for auto-distribution and setting up a disenchanter/mule for quick ML have been moved into the main settings window, rather than being part of the raid tracker. The raid tracker is only for tracking attendance now. The settings to change loot method/threshold were removed.
* Overhauled the raid tracker experience to better align with how we're tracking attendance and calculating EP in phase 5.
