Improvements

• Ability entries that used to show as multiple duplicate rows (e.g. Dripping Fangs) now appear once, and correctly track every cast regardless of which timing it lands on

• Cast # is now counted per-ability instead of per-timing, so it stays accurate for abilities that can occur at more than one duration during a fight
