Aanye Mail

Aanye Mail is a Data Broker plugin for displaying in-game mail status notifications.

Features

• Direct replacement for Default UI new mail notification icon.
• Three notification states:
  • No mail (no unread messages)
  • New mail (new unread messages)
  • New mail (old unread messages)
• Zero configuration.

Aanye Mail will turn green as new mail arrives (even if you previously had unread mail). If you check the Aanye Mail tooltip or open your mailbox, the notification will turn white again.

NOTE: Aanye Mail is a LibDataBroker source only. You must have an LDB display installed to use Aanye Mail.

(Aanye Mail was developed and tested using the ChocolateBar display addon.)

About the Author

Aanye, Guardian of Cenarius-US, has been around Azeroth in one form or another since 2007. A furry meat-shield tank by trade, Aanye spends most of his time in front of the Stormwind bank while younger, prettier adventurers have all the fun. Recently, he has taken an interest in the most esoteric of crafting professions: addon development.
