US Premium Hangar by Unabooboo

Tested with WoT Version 0.8.0

• Added multiple user selectable versions of the Tank Floor (6) and Bulletin Board (6).
• Removed the custom versions with the following files: hangar_premium.model, hangar_premium.primitives, hangar_premium.visual.
• Removed the custom hangar_p_Alpha in order to reduce glare.
• Replaced the following files: hangar_p_Stripes_SM, hangar_p_Details_SM. This massively reduced the intence "Glare" that showed up after 8.0 Update.
• Removed hangar_p_Details_2_NM and hangar_p_Details_2_SM as they no longer seem to be part of the hangar package.
