Split OTM markers with additional information

Description

This config file is for the old Over Target Markers mod and is set up so that normally it only displays what I consider vital information. Health (in number not percentage) and tank type. When you press all the additional information of health % and tanker name appears. Ammo rack messages are currently :GETOUT: for enemy and ILIKETURTLES for friendly.

This will also work with XVM Lite.

Installation:

Drop the 'gui' folder into your most recent res_mods\version# and accept the folder merge

Manually install to: res_mods\version#\gui\flash
