Arty round damage indicator

This is a modified damage indicator to show thw direction you are being hit from. This will replace the giant red arc you see. Place this file in res_mods > 0.8.4 > gui > flash

this is for 8.4 and probably all future editions since i changed no scripting, simply the image.
