Windrose 0.10.0.4 ready

Just skips intro.

Very slight loading time gain, mostly for those who doesn't want to see logo on start.

Installation
Extract 3 utoc/ucas/pak files from archive to:

For single player: ...\Windrose\R5\Content\Paks\~mods
For multiplayer: ...\Windrose\R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Content\Paks
For dedicated server: ...\Windrose Dedicated Server\R5\Content\Paks\~mods

Create ~mods folder if you don't have one yet.

Uninstallation
Delete 3 installed files.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything not affecting intro assets.
