You may:

-Download and install this mod as is

-Use the mod commercially (like videos or streams), but you have to give credits. The credits I mean such as mentioning this mod name, my name in the video and provide this mod link on the video's descriptions.

-Modify the mod for personal use.

You may not:

-Use this mod to facilitate RMT/Real Money Trading

-Distribute this mod or part of this mod without contacting me (honestly, just use this link).

-For mod packs, you have to include this mod link in the archive of your mod and credit me accordingly, such as providing text explanatory to the user that you included my mod and explains what is my mod is about. 

-If you going to use my mod in your mod pack, you have to keep checking this page if there's an update, and you have to update the mod pack as the mod gets an update, as fast as possible.

-If you included my mod into your mod pack, I hereby restrict you from selling your mod that includes my work, including, restricting access to your mod pack with a paywall (such as Patreon tiers). That includes both the content and the version (so you can't put early access or beta access channels to paid tiers only, for example)

Providing link to get donated for your mod pack is fine as long as: 

1. No monetizing the download in any kind. Including, but not limited to: Hide it behind Paywalls (like Patreon tiers), putting a link shortener with ads, put a password that uses your name or affiliated links, etc.

2. If you allow donation and don't want to share them to the authors of the mods you include (even if you just exclude one), you have to mention in the donation or description page that the donations won't go to the author of the said mods. Otherwise, you have to mention how much (in %) the authors of the said mods (including this mod) gets a cut of the donations you receive in the donation description, and send them accordingly.
