Better ship camera - Assassin's Creed IV style

Modifies the ships' zoomed out camera (when you press F) so that it is actually useful. Makes it similar to the Assassin's Creed IV - Black Flag camera. Modifies frigate's default camera as well so that it is not directly behind the player character's head
What's new
Moved brig's, cutter's and ketch's camera to the values used in 1.0.0.2 (closer) and left frigate with the values used in 1.0.0.3 (further back, since it is a bigger ship than the other ships).
