So since the latest patch, whispers make a sound by default. This means I had to step it up to make my addon more attractive :)

  • Changed name from whispersound to whisperalert
  • Added lots of custom sounds to replace the default whisper sound notification with
  • if the default chatlog is present, it will hook into that to prevent 2 sounds playing at once
  • completely new config UI
