Vortex Meter

- Fixed pet damage reports and counts being utterly broken, in display as well as internally. Espers/engis rejoice !

- The previous fixes also uncovered a bug in the global raid DPS display (the one on the bottom of the meter), which previously didn't count pet damage at all. This has been fixed as well, so you should see an increase in reported raidwide DPS.

- Automatically enable "Log other players" combat log setting the first time the addon is loaded. You can still manually disable it afterwards, but note that it is a global game setting and may be affected by other addons. For example, the WildstarLogger addon will automatically set it on again on every reloadui.
