Sticky Whispers

Automatically fills in the whisper command and recipient when you're chatting with someone. This prevents you from having to type /r or ctrl-r
This addon hooks into the default chat addon and automatically fills in the reply information after you've received a whisper from someone. The addon currently only suppors normal whispers but I'm looking into account. It should work with cross-realm whispers as well.
You can now simply type your reply and if you're currently in the whisper/tell/account whisper channels, it will redirect to the last person you whispered or received a whisper from.
