SteadyPlates

Modifies the default nameplates to show additional makers for thread and interrupt armor. Also prevents them form hiding when speech bubbles appear in combat .

- removed nameplate shadow, which the old plates had, but the new look doesn't use anymore (was sometimes still shown with SteadyPlates but position off)

- changed setting "Hide border and background" to "Hide background", because the namplates don't have a border anymore. Also this setting now no longer permits the targeting border to show, if enabled.

- sligthly adjusted the position of the interrupt marker
