Removes the base artwork from the Stalker Resource Bar

Description

Simple addon to remove the base artwork from the Stalker Resource Bar and tweaks it's behavior. Cleaner look.

Always show resource number
Bar color changes based on suit power (<35 = Green Bar, >35 = Blue Bar)
Entering/leaving combat no longer alters bar

It do not replace the official Carbine addon, can be moved/scaled with Movable Frames (by elidion)
