SimpleSpellPower

Simple addon to remove the background art from the Spellslinger's resource bar and tweak it's behavior.

• Surge Active always turn the Nodes and Focus Bar orange. Entering/leaving combat no longer alter the resource bar.

• Recharging nodes always turn red.

*** It do not replace the official Carbine addon, can be moved/scaled with Movable Frames (by elidion)
