Neighbor Notes

This is a significant release with a LOT of new features.  Look at the configuration screen.

• Auto-Repair Plots: When you visit your house, and it needs repairs, NN will repair them.  (configurable)
• Auto-Invite Guild members, Circle Members, and Friends (configurable)
• Auto-Accept Neighbor Invites based on a variety of filters (configurable)
• Auto-Remove Neighbors who have been missing for # weeks.  (configurable)
• Auto-Detect Share % for non-Neighbor Notes Users.  (So you should be able to get Share % for everyone now)
• Neighbor Notes Search List - This is a new feature which will allow you to see all of the currently online Neighbor Notes users who are not your neighbors.  (Right click the Neighbor Name header tab to open the list)
• Right Clicking the Neighbor Name header tab allows you to show different lists, including:
• Neighbor List
• Neighbor Notes Search List (list of users who are not your neighbors who are using Neighbor Notes)
• Non-Neighbor/Alt List
• Only show neighbors who are in your Guild/Circles
• Show Everything
• Right clicking the Plugs header tab now allows you to search for a specific plug
• All filters/sorts work with the new Neighbor Notes Search List
• Added a message window for Repair notifications, Remove Notifications, etc.
• Bug Fix: Text Notes can now be erased.
