Replaces the default Need Vs Greed window with a slimmer one. Inspired by teksLoot from WoW.

'/nvgl' to show the help message

'/nvgl show' or '/nvgl unlock' to show the movable window of where the Loot windows show up

'/nvgl hide' or '/nvgl lock' to hide the movable window and save the location

A Need/Greed/Pass bar for each element in the looting queue. (Picture will be updated tomorrow)

Bar behind everything shows time left, and is also colored depending on item rarity
