Lockdown - Mouselook targeting

z23 includes many improvements, primarily automatic targeting inside the reticle, as a replacement for being able to move the mouse cursor location (Which is stuck at the middle of the screen)

Automatic targeting ignores any unit types you don't have selected, as well as quest or path items you don't need to interact with, and settler quest items (These can be activated with F, whereas many scientist scans must be targeted and scanned)

I suggest disabling Neutral and Friendly options, which will still target any quest objectives as well as hostiles.

The Manual Target hotkey does not work in this release.
