- Fixed a bug where someone's AFK "Currently away from keyboard" message would trigger an Auto-Reply over and over and over.
- NOTE: It would be helpful if someone could send me the French and German client's equivalent of "Currently away from keyboard." -- can't seem to find it in Apollo.  No I don't want a Google translation, I need the actual text WS uses.

- Added a command /ktqt to toggle the QuestTracker for use in macros or other addons.  This is the same as choosing it in the Options panel with "Always" selected.  (user request)
