v0.925 - The actual 925 containing the new slash command /ktqt to toggle the QuestTracker.  Sorry about the previous upload.  Looks like it didn't take.

- Added slash command /ktqt to toggle the Quest Tracker (same as turning it on in Options).  This was a user request.
