Flip

-- Redesigns the /flip window so that groups are displayed on the left side, and you can select which bookmarks display by groups.

-- Adds a "sell order" tab to /flip, for just selling things you have in your inventory.  Quantity can go over 200 but you'll still have to click multiple times.  Sorted by total amount of gold you'd make from a sell order, not PPU.

-- Adds a "scan for profit" tab to /flip that uses CommodityStats scan information to detect profit from buying and selling; has a not-incredibly-braindead sorting of the potentially profitable items, but I make no promises.

-- Right-clicking on an item now pulls up its group and gives the option to delete it, this is the most effective way to delete a single item (deleting multiple items should still be done by creating a subgroup and deleting all the items with it)

-- Fixes a few bugs with marketplace options, crafting, and items without orders.
