-- Please be advised, the buy/sell order prices on the "/flip" window are no longer the current buy1/sell1 prices.  They are updated based on marketplace settings (keep reading).
-- The main module, "/flip", has seen some cool reskinning because I got a lot better at windows, go me!
-- There's a new module, "/flipmarket" that lets you customize marketplace settings!  Currently I support changing the buy/sell order prices and the coloring.  You can toggle through buy/sell order buttons to see which options are available. You can add multiple named marketplace settings.  I've populated each category with sane default settings, but you can add more! And delete mine!
-- Adds the groups module.  "/flipgroup" will pull up a customization window.  All of your bookmarks should be added under the "Commodities" group, and you can make subgroups with independent marketplace settings.
-- The buy and sell order prices are now colored red if they are under the vendor price.  The buy order coloring from the previous version is now reflected in the item's border.  Filtering still works based on the border color.
-- Adds a + button next to the search window in the CX, so you can bookmark an entire search all at once (if there are more than 50 results, it'll only add the ones that display).
-- Adds a configuration function to the Options menu that just has a checkbox to open Flip when the marketplace opens.
-- Adds a crafting module.  Ideally "/flipcraft" will pull up a list of all your known schematics and calculate possible profit based on current CX/AH prices and vendor prices.  This has only been tested with my Outfitter/Cooking so I don't know how well it works with other professions. Please note that AH listing fees are not included in the profit calculations, as I can't figure out how to do that. This feature is basically in Beta, it's not much.. yet.
