About:
fLex Fashion allows you to search Wildstar's entire database of items, preview and dye them. Custom sets can be saved so you can keep track of what pieces and dyes you want.
New:
- Added Kel Havik Blue dye!
- Updated API version number
Usage:
- Open the addon using the interface menu located in the bottom left corner of your screen. You may also pin this addon to your interface quick bar using the pin icon on the right.
- Use the menu on the top left to specify your item search parameters. Filters are exclusive. If you do not have at least one armor type and armor slot or at least one weapon type selected, your search will return nothing.
- Left click on items in the scroll list on the bottom left to add them to your character preview. Right click to link an item in the scroll list to chat.
- You may save your currently displayed set by clicking the save button in the bottom right menu, and assigning a name other than 'None'.
- Link a previewed item to chat by left clicking. Remove a previewed item by right clicking.
- To view or continue editing a previously saved set, use the drop down at the top of the character preview menu.
- Sets may be deleted by clicking the red X on the left of the set selection box while the set you wish to delete is active.
- All other controls work similarly to Wildstar's default Holo-Wardrobe.
Somehow the search is bugged, it seems. Here is an example:

I search for costume&medium Chestpieces, but get also Weapons in my search. (on the bottom)
Also maybe for the future: Is it possible to create a cache file to speed up the search?
Hiya this addon is what I have been needing for a lot of time thank a lot for creating it and sharing it with the community.
The only problem i saw apart from some costume glitches which I think are normal is that when you are creating a costume for a long time the server kicks you due to inactivity and is a pain in the ass create it again :/
Thank you again for the sharing!
Heyo! I've been away from the game for a while cause I moved to a new state and got a new job. Things are settling back down now though, so here's an update for you!
Nice, thank you!
Sweet thank you i love this mod so much <3
Hey!
This is an awesome add-On. Unfortunately it seems to be broken right now.
It says there is an error in the add-on (which refers to a missing index).

Bug I discovered one time: When you filter all costumes without keyword only about 30 costumes show up. So there seems to be a broken reference which leads to showing up only a minimum number of items.
My gf and me think it is an awesome add-on - We would love to see an updated/working version.
Edit: I just got a critical error while using flex fashion that made the game crash.
First of all, sorry for the late reply and thanks! I believe I've fixed the missing index error. That was actually bad coding on Carbine's behalf that I've now accounted for.
As for the bug where using all filters with no keyword in the search box, I cannot replicate it. Double check that your level range is set as you desire.
is it possible to add a feature to import the current costum you wear at the moment?
I'll add it to the bucket list for when I put out 2.0. Thanks!
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?
Because of this addon of yours, my girlfriend is playing around with it more than she is actually playing the game! We're not going to be max level until 2045. At least she won't..
Alright, by all seriousness, you have done a great job with the addon and I appreciate what you're doing! So everything above is actually a compliment as you managed to make an addon more important than the game for a certain someone. Keep up the work, mate!
Lol! Yeah, I was that way myself when I first started developing it. I'm glad someone else is getting some good use out of it. ^_^ Thanks!
You're missing a few other newly added dye. I don't know the whole list, but the ones I know of are "Fire", "Armored", and "Corrupted Strain Dye". There's probably another, but I'm getting this information from the CX
I have my own 'new dye' data miner built into my version of FLex Fashion. The missing dyes were due to the fact that my last mining operation was prior to changing the max item id from 80,000 to 100,000. I have added data for Corrupted Strain, Armored and Fire Dye, however, to add the rest, I have to actually own the dye so I can check my own list of known dyes to get the dye ramp id. I don't plan to do another dye update until I have all of the missing information. Here are the currently missing dyes:
Auction House
----------------
Garden Green Dye
Unknown
----------
Blue Steel Dye
Exanite Sheen Dye
Rusty Steel Dye
Soulrot Green Dye
Verdigris Dye
There are a few others that I've pulled from data mining, but due to their extremely low item ids, the fact that they are known to be dyes that will be implemented in the future or that they are apparent mispelling of dyes that already exist, I have not included them here.
Woops! Yeah, it's also still showing version number 1.1.16_Beta in my addon info. Fixing that with next update.
It's still showing as API 10 ingame.
Sorry for the late update for Drop 6, I've been very busy. I do intend to do a complete overhaul of the addon at some point and hopefully produce a cleaner, sleeker, faster version.
This isn't working for me because there is no button to open it.
Please read the section labeled 'Usage' above.
Issue resolved. Thanks!
For some reason this doesn't let me look up certain items anymore, like for example the Barbaric or Savage Costume Sets. It just doesn't find it. Whats up with that?
