Event Calendar

• Changed behavior of canceled events.  If a player is "Declined", or has not responded to an event invite, then the event will disappear from their list as soon as it is canceled.  For those players who have registered for the event ("Attending"), then they still see the event, but there will be a new "Hide" icon.  After a player chooses to "Hide" a canceled event, the event will no longer be displayed.
