Fixed a crash issue that occurred with the update "The Protogames Initiative", Drop 4. This fix is now marked as release as I was able reproduce the crash and thus properly test the fix.
Specifically, this fixes an issue introduced with adding strikethough milestones to, for example, Tech and the way Etooltip handled them. This will fix the "attempt to index nil" errors that some people where getting.
