Added back in PvP ratings.  These should be near 100% accurate at level 50, below level 50 they are a rough estimate.  This will likely be updated in the future.

PvP power will be split up into PvP damage and PvP healing in a future update.  For now, PvP power % only represents PvP damage, PvP gains would be approx 11% lower than the listed value.
