Fixed some minor issues with addon communication. 

• Addon will now only communicate with other members of your own guild, not your entire faction / server.
• Renamed addon DaBomb
• Following commands have changed. 

1. /dabomb - Move alert window. 

2. /dabomboff - Turn on / off Alerts

3. /dabombopts - Settings for Failwatch

4. dabombAdmin - Live Development testing, not activated yet.

5. /dabombspew - Show Spew warning example.

6. /dabombshockwave - Show Shockwave warning example.

7. /dabombsmallbomb - Show small bomb warning example.
