Beta Release of warnings for Spew / Shockwave (Still in testing!)

Move the Warning frame via /ctcdabomb

Test the Alert system via, /ctcsmallbomb, /ctcspew, /ctcshockwave .

If the Addon throws errors or generally is just shitty, Please type /ctcoff it will only turn off the "timer" portion.

Added a self alert to notify you if you fail on dodging Spew / Shockwave.
