It's official people. While not 100% the way I want, it does function.

 

There are some bugs that I do know about (like the applicant window shows up even if you can't invite to a guild or circle and therefore will throw an error if you click Add, don't do it).

 

But you can see all guilds/circles available, apply, and owners can invite people who apply...

 

The big Halloween pumpkin button now does a Random Announce to either Advice/Trade/Zone for ALL of your listed circles and guilds. So be careful of how many you have selected to announce.

 

Please post replies on how many bugs/issues you find. I have done as much as I can do with two computers.
