Changes
---------
* properly loads all chat option settings (default chat was broken due to forced defaults overriding all saved settings on load except for Font Size)

* actually saves and loads the RP chat options settings now (default chat wasn't coded to save or load them at all)

* "RP Only" chat works properly (the input cursor is automatically placed at the end of the line, and output of text is filtered correctly)

* mouseoff fade options now do what they say on the label, rather than just being a general background opacity slider

Outstanding Issues
--------------------
* Buttons in the "Add Tab" panel are intermittently unresponsive. This happens in the default addon and I can't figure out why.

To Do

* right-click any username (not yourself) in the chat window, even in "To" whisper situations

* the way that RP chat has been implemented, with the "{*}" text prefix being used, is pretty terrible when there are message properties already available
