Properly round timer values.
Add "Debug" option to log interesting things such as "who is the cunt that just stopped my break timer" (disabled by default).
Fixed the double "Break ended!" spam bug.

 

UI:
Added tooltips to most options in the settings dialog.
Default timer position is now horizontally centered, vertically 1/3 from the top of the screen.
Default timer window can only be moved when pressing CTRL (a tooltip will pop up to indicate so).
