BetterChatLog

Updated the chatlog for the new carbine chatlog that came with the weekly patch. This should hopefully also fix some issues some users had.

IMPORTANT: If you see some code on some ui buttons then you need to remove the BetterChatLog settings file called "BetterChatLog_0_Char.xml".

You can find this at: "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\NCSOFT\WildStar\AddonSaveData\conjbbbbbdl\SERVERNAME\CHARACTERNAME"
