Auto invites people to your guild.
Right now it is set up to invite a player ONCE and then never again.
Usage:
"/agi" to initiate an auto guild invitation session.
"/agi guild" to initiate an auto guild invitation session.
"/agi circle [c1, c2, c3, c4, c5]" to initiate an auto circle invitation for the specified circle. For example, if you wanted to invite people to the circle which is the first circle tab in your circle UI, you would use "/agi circle c1"
To set your auto message:
"/agi guild set msg x" to set an auto message on guild invitation, where "x" is your guild message. For example, "/agi guild set msg Hi <player>. I was wondering if you would like to join my guild". The "<player> is a macro that will be filled in with the player's name.
"/agi circle set msg x" to set an auto message on circle invitation. See above for specific usage and example.
TO CLEAR YOUR AUTO MESSAGE:
"/agi guild set msg" will clear your guild auto message.
"/agi circle set msg" will clear you circle auto message.
Right think I found a problem today with this one, the addon did as it should and only whispered the one person on this morning that had not gotten one before. But it whispered him 3 times in rapid succession, that is not a good thing ^^
Any way to make the addon only pop your message when using the addon and not every time you try to send an invite?
Great work btw, love the addon =)
how do u clear the list of pending invites? I used this addon and it sent invites out to gold farmers and now I get the "invite to so and so has expired" every few hours
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but this addon doesn't work very well for me. I typed /agi and it starts inviting at a good speed for like 20s then it just stops completely and I have to start it again if I want. Is this intended?
It is limited to the people that are available via your surrounding area, as well as a built in limit to the api. There is nothing more it could do.
Ahh, gotcha. Thanks for the response.
Also just a suggestion (I'm not even sure what's possible with the api though) but maybe you could make a toggle? The other inviter I was using had on/off commands and just continually invited I guess based on if new people came into the area, but it was very slow so I stopped using it.
Hello;
Can you please add an Account Friend to Circle function?
I couldn't care less if there stance on it is that it's allowed. I've been "Report Spam"ing each person that does this EVERY TIME MY CHARACTERS LOG ON. I shouldn't have to be harassed just because I logged onto a game I'm paying for.
Totally agree!
Unfortunatley reporting it as spam will not accomplish what you're looking for, as it's approved/allowed. :(
What you can do, is use the feature WildStar buit in - "Filter Invites." to do so:
Hit ESC | Interface | Check the box that says "Filter Invites."
This will eliminate the inconvenience you're experiencing, Hope that helps!
Carbine is fine with it.
Here's their stance on it:

This addon isn't doing anything wrong. There is a perfectly fine check box you can tick off to stop experiencing any "spam" you might be seeing.
Complaints about this based on first hand "spam" experience is in the minority. It's helped more circles/guilds grow than it has hurt people's playing experience, and anyone that has been "hurt" by this simply didn't know there was an option to stop it.
MMO's and addons in general are all about giving people options. The fact that this addon can be avoided with 3 seconds of work on your part means that the option to use this addon is perfectlt fine.
The one thing I would say that needs to be done in this situation is the option to filter invites needs to be made more obviou to people. Maybe after getting a certain amount of invites in a certain time period (like more than 3 in a 24hr window or something) you'll get a prompt to turn on the filter, or a tutorial pop, or both.
if it's not Promedeus who does that add-on, it will be someone other. the change must come from carbine
though I wouldn't have done that add-on myself as it does not fit to my line of conduct. it's not because all is free that we have to do all without limit.
Carbine and Promedeus have both to make a step forward for the disparition of this add-on
Edit: Curse should keep a line of conduct and refuse this kind of add-on too.
Have to agree with below posters, these kind of addons can ruin games, especially for new players when they get bombarded with guild invites, look at WoW, you get BOMBARDED with guild invites as soon as you are in the game.
Nothing personal, but I hope they ban these kind of addons.
Why is there a "/who" command in this game? Someone please give me a valid reason... This is retarded.
Fail addon
As other have said, please discontinue this addon. People who use this are no better than the gold sellers who were spamming arena team invites.
Good lord, do I hate these addons...
Please discontinue this addon. There is nothing worse than blind spam invites to guilds, and your addon does not help build the community - it destroys it.
To be honest I'd love it if Carbine decided to completely block automated guild invites.
Just to let people know.
Blind guild invites are considered spam, with yesterdays patch these guild invites can be easliy reported and if you let this addon go unchecked you can very likely be banned or suspended for spamming. AS most people who recieve blind invites will immediately report it as spam.
This addon is pretty much built to benefit gold spammers, if you dont see how thats possible then you aren't seeing how gold spammers work. They log onto a character, spam to 1000 people once, relog onto a new character, repeat the process.
To the creator, please take down this addon before it starts being the reason people are having their accounts suspended and banned
Hey man! Just wanted to let you know Carbines stance on it!

Unfortunatley it is not considered spam! :(
