- Code and UI cleanup (we don't need slash commands nor a close button anymore, as the crafting grid entirely drives the add-on visibility)

- Added a way to quickly fill the "Crafting attempts" box. Just click on "Max. Attempts". :D

- Gave some security to the "Crafting attempts" box by yelling on you if you don't put a number.

- New functionality : Put * as the sub-recipe name to craft the default recipe of a given schematic. Enjoy, elder meal cooks!

- Added AAIP to the Carbine Window Manager. The AAIP window's position will be kept between sessions!

- It seems 1.0.0 broke (again) stuff related to the triple wall divider and stuff like that. I've detected something wrong, and fixed it. Should be better now!
