END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

BEFORE USING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THIS "AGREEMENT", "EULA" OR "LICENSE AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY.
THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AND ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND NOMAD GROUP<NOMAD-GROUP.NET>.
NOMAD GROUP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR DELETE ARTICLES IN THIS EULA AT ANY TIME.
LICENSOR IS ONLY WILLING TO GRANT A LICENSE FOR THE LICENSED SOFTWARE TO YOU AS THE INDIVIDUAL, THE COMPANY OR THE LEGAL ENTITY THAT WILL BE UTILIZING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE (IN THE FOLLOWING REFERRED TO AS YOU OR YOUR) ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
THE SOFTWARE "Watch Dogs: Legion United" YOU DOWNLOADED AND/OR STARTED REQUIRES A LEGITIMATE COPY OF THE GAME WATCH DOGS: LEGION WHICH COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS BELONGS TO UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT SARL, UBISOFT EMEA SAS, UBISOFT INC. OR UBISOFT MOBILE GAMES SARL (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "UBISOFT").
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF CONDITION, UNINTERRUPTED USE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN ADVICE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BY LICENSOR OR ANY OF ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
BY OPENING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, CLICKING THE "I AGREE" OR "YES" BUTTON IN THE INSTALLER, INDICATING THAT YOU ACCEPT, RESPECT AND FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
(b) You must have a valid license for WATCH DOGS: LEGION to use the software.
(c) This software shall not
(i) be exploited for personal and/or financial gain.
(ii) be used for any illegal purposes.
(d) You shall not
(i) redistribute this software without written permission from the author.
(ii) modify the software in any way without written permission from the author.
(iii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, reproduce or embed this software in whole or in part.
(iv) use this software while playing the "WATCH DOGS: LEGION ONLINE".
(e) You acknowledge and agree that the Licensor may collect Personal Identifiable Information.
Note: More information about which data we collect can be found down in the "PRIVACY STATEMENT / PRIVACY POLICY" section.
NOMAD Group will use your Personal Data confidentially and will not share Personal Data with other parties, except as described in this Statement.
If you disagree with this Clause you may terminate this Agreement at any time.
VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION OR REVOKE OF YOUR LICENSE AND PERMISSION TO USE THE "Watch Dogs: Legion United".
USAGE OF THIS SOFTWARE IN "WATCH DOGS: LEGION ONLINE" VIOLATES THE EULA OF UBISOFT AND MAY RESULT IN A SUSPENSION / REVOKE OF YOUR ABILITY TO PLAY "WATCH DOGS: LEGION ONLINE".

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
When using the Software, NOMAD Group may collect the following information in case your application stops working, halts or unexpected exits (referred as "CRASH")
(i) Operation System Identifier (as "identifier", "version" and "architecture")
(ii) CPU Identifier (as "identifier" and "version")
(iii) Screen configuration ("fullscreen", "height", "width")
(iv) Game version (as "platform" and "version")
(v) Information about the executable ("loaded libraries (aka .dll)" and "stack trace (programmatic workflow)")
(vi) Programmatic Workflow markers and statistics (so-called "metrics" - "occurrence"/"trigger" of metrics)
Participating and transmitting these informations allows to enhance your gaming experience.
NOMAD Group is aware of unstable parts of the application is able to work on addressing them.
The participation in transmitting this data will result in an improvement of the gameplay experience for you and others who players.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
NOMAD Group may disclose your personal information to third parties where:
They provide products, content or services to us in connection with your use of the Service.
Except as required or allowed by law or as set out in this Privacy Policy, NOMAD Group will not disclose or dispose of your personal information to any third party without your permission

WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
All information you provide to NOMAD Group is stored on secure servers hosted by NOMAD Group or third parties providing hosting or other services for NOMAD Group.
By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
If you would like a copy of the personal information that NOMAD Group holds about you, just reach out by email.
If requested, NOMAD Group will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or (as appropriate) delete information about you on the files.

HOW TO OPT OUT
You have the ability to opt out of sending or transmitting any information to NOMAD Group.
To do so, you must head to the INSTALL DIRECTORY of the WATCH DOGS: LEGION, and open up the "CONFIG.JSON" file in the DIRECTORY "MULTIPLAYER/project/napoleon-multiplayer/data"
You will see the following content:

To disable the transmission of crash reports, set the property "crashDumpsEnabled" to false.
To disable the transmission of metrics, set the property "metricsCollectorEnabled" to false.
Setting the above mentioned properties will stop any mechanisms that capture or transmit any data.
Please note that a game start may be required to reflect those changes.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
NOMAD Group keeps the Privacy Policy under regular review, and may at any time update or otherwise modify this Privacy Policy.
NOMAD Group will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by updating the license agreement in the Installer or at the Game
Startup.
A copy of this LICENSE AGREEMENT, including the EULA and PRIVACY STATEMENT is also placed in the WATCH DOGS: LEGION install directory under "MULTIPLAYER/LICENSE-MULTIPLAYER".
By continuing to use the Service after the Privacy Statement has changed, you will be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
You are encouraged to check the terms of our Privacy Policy whenever you access the Service.
