What's new in this version

• Export and Import ignored users list and an 'unignore all' button for easy handling of your ignored players
• Renamed "Last seen" column to "Last online" in the Guildview as it now fetches this information directly from the game servers (the Friendsview still uses my own data for when they have been seen as this data is not available for friends; probably a privacy issue)
• Fix: Removed the option to see number of days since someone was seen or ignored as it wasn't always correct
• Fix: "Last seen" dates are now formatted consistently
