What's new in this version

• All views will now remember their last used column sort
• Support for notifying on screen when Friends and/or Cabals log in and/or out. This is controlled with both global settings (See 'Settings' tab, default off) and personal settings (right click on a name and select 'Announce log in/out, default off). The personal settings will override the global ones, meaning that if you set global settings to not announce when any Friend is logging in, but then selecting to Announce logging in on a specific Friend (player) then it will announce when he/she actually logs in. Note: the monitoring doesn't seem to work all the time; I think it fails when community servers are down
• Reworked the right-click context menu with categories and colors for easier use
• Added "Create Raid" and "Invite to/Remove from Raid" options to the context menu
• Fix: The correct default settings will now be set when doing an install for the first time
• Fix: Removed context menu when clicking on current player name in Cabal view
• Minor UI adjustments and some code optimizations
