Initial version
- Group/raid leaders that enters a monitored zone without ML being active will get an onscreen question if they want to switch loot type
- If you resurrect or teleports around inside the zone then the mod will check once again if ML is not active and remind you if not
- Choosing "No" on the Master Looter question will make it stop nagging you again until you leave the zone (and comes back)
