A couple people have reported nothing happens when they target themselves (F1) and click on the Build Manager or Inspect options from the menu. It was discovered that the inspection feature had been disabled for them. Entering the command mentioned above will toggle the inspection feature back on and they were able to open the build manager and inspection windows.
