Eth's Buff Bars

I slightly changed the way settings work between 1.0-1.1 and 1.2, so you might lose your buff list while updating. I recommand to copy them somewhere else before updating to quickly get them back in

Buff Bars changes
- Defensive target tracking: A 3rd bar to place, a 3rd list of buffs to enter and your tank will never die again!
- Reverse Filtering: If you want to use buff bars to display your buffs, it will show everything except the buffs in the list (settings are global atm, can't separate them for the 3 different targets)
- Change the direction the buffs bar stack: If you want the first buff to appear at the bottom and everything else to go on top of the previous one
- Buff Tooltips: If you want to access tooltips from buff bars
- Command Line: If you installed the script (or used Curse Client), you can type /ebb to open/close settings window

Addon compatibility changes
- Viper's Top Information Overload: You should be able to slot the buff bars in it
- TopMenu+: You will be able to access the buff bar settings in the next version of that mod

Advanced users
- Color Customization: You can add an hexadecimal color code after a buff name to change the bar's color. This example buff list would display Short Fuse in blue and Breaching Shot in red. You can easily get color codes from websites such as ColorPicker.com
