What's new
- Added AEGIS item types
- Support fractional QL Ranges (e.g. 10.6-11)

- New rule test function. Drop any item on the configuration window to see which rule will match it.
- Allow rules to be individually disabled
- New settings only get applied after closing the configuration window (this has always been this way).
- Icon can not be moved without VTIO.
